100 Club Rules

1. The decision to establish the 100 Club was taken at the Management Committee Meeting on 21st November 2012. The agreed aim was to raise funds for the home ground and equipment.

2. The subscription to the 100 Club for one number/share shall be £2 per month payable monthly by direct debit in advance. This will give members one number which will be placed in the monthly draw. Members may have and are encouraged to have multiple subscriptions.

3. Anybody over 16 years can become a member of the 100 Club if connected to the Club and you are encouraged to get family and friends to join. The 100 Club shall not be limited to 100 members. The more shares/numbers we sell, the bigger the prizes!

4. The first draw will take place in September 2013 whether there are 100 members or not.

5. A member is eligible for inclusion in the draw so long as the direct debit for that month has been paid.

6. Each member is allocated a permanent number in the monthly draw. This number shall remain the member’s provided their direct debit is up to date.

7. Members wishing to leave the 100 club should do so by cancelling their direct debit, and notifying AFC Brooklands.

8. There shall be one prize draw per month. WHEN the draws will be made in the presence of two people which may include parents of AFC Brooklands and/ or committee members. Draws taking place during school holidays will be done whenever practical.

9. Monthly prizes will be awarded according to membership of the 100 Club for that month as follows:

10. 70% of the months’ payments shall make up the prize fund. (50% first prize, 20% second prize)

11. The remaining 30% of the payments will be allocated to the AFC Brooklands fundraising account once any expenses have been deducted.

12. The allocation of numbers and draw results will be available from Jez Taylor 4 Brewery Lane, Byfleet, Surrey KT14 7PQ on request, or any member of the committee. There will be updates placed on the website and the results can be e-mailed if required.

13. The 100 Club administrators will make all reasonable efforts to pay or post prizes to the winners within a reasonable period after the monthly draw.

14. The decision of the AFC Brooklands Committee shall be final in all matters requiring adjudication.

15. The AFC Brooklands Committee shall also have the power to amend or revoke these rules at their absolute discretion with such reasonable notice to the 100 Club members as is necessary.
